Can I receive free legal advice over the phone?

No. Moustakis Law LLC will not give legal advice to anyone with whom we have not yet established an attorney-client relationship. Before any legal advice is given, both an attorney at Moustakis Law LLC as well as the prospective client must sign an agreement that outlines the terms of the relationship.

Can I pay with a credit card?

No. Unfortunately, Moustakis Law LLC is not currently setup to receive payment by credit card. Due to the many important ethics rules governing the practice of law, it is a more involved process for a law firm to accept credit card payments than it is for other businesses.

Do you handle civil rights violation cases?

Although we strive to protect the rights of our clients in all areas of law, Moustakis Law LLC does not handle civil rights violation cases. If you have a civil rights violation case, a good place to start looking for help is the Wisconsin Bar Association’s Lawyer Referral and Information Service.
